Inside Sales position for ecommerce company in Ann Arbor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relentless prospecting and closing new business.
  • Research and develop target accounts.
  • Initiate the sales process via outbound calls, inbound calls and email.
  • Create client interest, answer questions and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Capture pertinent client data and update the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the outside and inside sales teams.
  • Work as an integral part of a team to ensure timely and successful service launch.

Qualifications:

  • E-Commerce sales experience
  • Dynamic personality with a high energy level.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Phone based sales experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Compensation:

  Salary and bonus will commensurate based on experience
