I will take you one better, the LinkedIn job search function. It does all of the same aggregation as Indeed but then also offers insider links to those within your network at the offering company. So one click from the posting to a listing of people who may well be able to help you to get the job.

You can also check out www.parnossahworksdetroit.org , Parnossa is the hebrew word for livelihood. and this organization basicly interviews the job seeker and the employer, and only matches people who are actual candidates.
