If you're interested in learning how companies are benefiting from social media (Facebook, My Space, Twitter, LinkedIn, Flickr, etc), you need to attend this event.

A gathering of social media all stars, including Chris Brogan, Ken Burbary, Colin Carmichael and Damon Henry hosting the event. You don't need much more than these big brains in a room to make for an interesting evening.

What's a TweetUp you say? It's a terrific opportunity for people who normally only chat online to meet face-to-face. It's a very informal gathering where early adopters exchange ideas, share best practices and build relationships. The name is derived from combining the names MeetUp (a tool for planning meetings) and Twitter (a micro blogging/instant messaging tool).

Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar is located in the Novi Fountain Walk (44375 W 12 Mile Rd, Novi, MI 48377). There is no cost to attend the event (although you'll have to buy your own food and drink.
