The Automation Alley Technology Business Committee is once again hosting its popular Business to Business (B2B) series, aimed at educating participants with ideas and techniques to help sales sky rocket to the next level.

Maintaining your Relationships after the Close

One of the most important parts of selling is the relationships built with your clients. This session will discuss how to maintain these relationships after the close to ensure repeat business.

Randy Redmond got into the financial planning business in 1988. He joined the Detroit Financial Group in 1989. He now owns his own branch of the company. For the past 15 years, Randy has qualified for the Mass Mutual Leader Club, which is due to Randy's emphasis on servicing clients, repeat business, and referrals.
