Rick Weaver will present "How to Grow a Business in Today's Michigan Economy" at the Troy Public Library on Tuesday, April 29, from 7:00 until 8:30 p.m. Rick is CEO of Max Impact, a leadership and strategy development company and President of MBC Global, an international cultural education organization.

Many business people are whining about the current Michigan economy. They have circled the wagons waiting for the economy to improve.  Successful people know that this is the best time to be doing business in Michigan. It is in tough economies that clever business leaders are able to grow and strengthen their customer base.  This fun and interactive seminar will look at:

  • Why Rick's businesses have grown each year, even in the current economy
  • Why it is important to grow a business in challenging economies
  • How "survival mode" quickly becomes "failure mode"
  • A simple three-ring method for evaluating your products and services
  • How you can be confident in your future

Rick published several articles prior to writing his first book, "Life's Leadership Lessons."  His desire was to fill a vast leadership void in today's business world by showing how the people, things, and events of each person's life present lessons that can improve our leadership abilities.

To register for the free event call the library during normal business hours at 248-524-3542. You may also register online at www.libcoop.net/TROY.

Copies of his book will be available for purchase and will be autographed if desired.
