Most of us have been taught that the people who speak most are the leaders.  So it would make sense that most of us spend more time talking when we're offered a leadership role - whether at work, in our career, at home or in our other communities.

But, what if it were the exact opposite?  What if "talking as leader" (although important at times) was actually devastating our leadership and ability to get to where we want to go personally or professionally?  What if those who listen most clearly, compassionately and "contextually" were actually positioned far greater for effective leadership?

Join us at the Shrine Career Network meeting where we'll explore the power of effective listening.  Whether you're a career or job-seeker, or a business professional, developing effective listening skills and insight can be one of the most important tools in your career search, business or relationship toolbox.
