Description:

Attendees can network and learn from key leaders from some of the areas top companies about the importance of diversity and inclusion and how to successfully communicate these ideas throughout all levels of YOUR business.  This Conference offers specific techniques for individuals to better understand diversity approaches and techniques and how they can influence the work force. Conversation Starters or dialogues focused on "Hot Topics" such as, immigration, individuals with disabilities, the impact of privilege, along with generational and gender diversity will be facilitated by a panel of experts during the afternoon session. Communicating across cultural boundaries will also be addressed during this event.
